Conference Host Hotels
The SCLA Conference host hotel is the Hampton Inn on Gervais Street and the Hilton Columbia Center on Senate Street. Both hotels are located in Vista and are just a block away from the Convention Center. Please contact the 1-800-HILTONS by September 10th, to reserve your room. The conference committee has reserved a discounted rate of $175 plus applicable taxes per night at the Hampton Inn and $195 per night at the Hilton Columbia Center (limited # of rooms). Currently, the tax rate is 12% and a destination marketing fee of 2%. You can reserve your room at the Hampton Inn by clicking here. The rates is available until September 22, 2023. PLEASE NOTE: THE HOTEL ROOM CANCELLATIONS POLICY REQUIRES AT LEAST A ONE DAY NOTICE (24 HOURS) OR A ONE NIGHT FEE WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE. You can visit www.scla.org for additional information and a link to the hotel’s online reservations page. Parking: Whether staying at the hotel or driving in for the day, self-parking is $15 per day (or $1/hour) in the City of Columbia garage adjacent to the hotel. If you are staying at the Hilton, you may choose to valet park your car for $25 per day. Parking for those persons attending the conference is free in the convention center parking lot if available. |
