Call for 2023 SCLA Conference Session Proposals

This year’s conference theme is "Libraries Make the Impossible POSSIBLE!"  This year’s conference will be a celebration of the unique, creative, dynamic, and personal ways libraries have and will “Make the Impossible Possible” for everyone! 

Your library has met challenges with innovation and resolve, in ways both big and small, from daily workplace practices to how you engage your community.  This year's conference is your opportunity to share your best work with others while broadening your thinking about important, timely topics!

Conference sessions are 50 minutes in length.  The format of the session may include presentations, panels, case studies, discussions, or hands-on activities.  If you have a proposal for a preconference, double session, or a unique format, contact Conference Chair Jimmie Epling to discuss your idea.   

The Conference is October 17-19, 2023.

Please complete the Conference Program Proposal Submission Form.  The deadline for submitting completed proposals is MAY 31, 2023.
