[Scla-list] S. 1392 and budget

The House yesterday gave second reading approval to S. 1392, the bill that
includes the I Support Libraries License Tag language, as amended.  The bill
should receive third reading approval today.

Conferees were appointed to work out differences in the General
Appropriations Bill.  They are Senators Leatherman, Fair, and Land and
Representatives Cooper, Bingham, and Clyburn.
