The House Judiciary Committee this afternoon voted to recommit H.
4590---Public Library Trespass Bill---to the Criminal Laws Subcommittee.
This action in no way reflects on the merits of the bill.  It is the reality
that time is an adversary.  May 1st was the deadline for bills to pass one
body for it to be considered by the other without 2/3's vote to do so.  A
number of House bills were recommitted this afternoon.

Since this is the second year of a two year session of the General Assembly,
the bill will have to be re-introduced next year.
