Public Library Appreciation Day to be held January 27, 2010

Columbia, S.C. - The South Carolina Association of Public Library Administrators (SC APLA) is sponsoring a Public Library Appreciation Day (PLAD) on January 27th beginning at 10:30am at the South Carolina State House in Columbia.  Library supporters, library staff members, and friends of the library groups are encouraged by the Association to attend.  Senator Hugh Leatherman will be awarded the SC APLA Legislator of the Year award.
