training.

Dear Colleagues,

I know that we are living in difficult economic times and in times of travel
and professional development money being slashed; however, I also believe
that one of the best services we can do for our profession is to identify
those in our profession who are already leading or who have the potential to
lead and giving them the tools to develop these abilities further.  I
encourage you to consider the NCLA Leadership Institute and either apply
yourself or nominate a staff member or colleague.  It is in the best
interest of the profession to make certain that the Leadership Institute
