Place:   Palmetto 2, Marriott Hotel Conference Center

"Adapting to a Changing World: Exceptional Services for a New
Information Environment"

The information environment is changing around us, and our users'
expectations are shifting in light of their experiences. This session
will discuss these changes, and ways libraries can adapt to remain
relevant and central to our users' experiences. This session will
address exceptional services that were rethought to meet these changing
requirements and ways library staff can position their organizations for
the future. 

The College & University Section business meeting will immediately
follow this presentation. We will be electing new officers. I have
received the following nominations for College & University section
officers for 2010.
