Call for Poster Session Proposals

 The 2025 SCLA Conference Poster Session is an opportunity to share your strengths and successes visually and in face-to-face discussions with your colleagues. Your poster session may focus on an innovative idea, creative program, effective partnership, hands-on activity, exploration of a topics in librarianship, results form research or surveys, or anything else you've been working on that you would like to share. 

The 2025 SCLA Conference Poster Session will be held on Tuesday, October 28, 2025 from 12:00 PM-2:00 PM.

The deadline for submitting completed proposals is Sunday, September 7, 2025. The primary contact will be notified of acceptance by Friday, September 12, 2025

Accepted presenters should register for the conference by Monday, October 6, 2025.
