The Senate amended S. 1392 and sent it back to the House.  The House
non-concurred with the Senate amendments.  Since the General Assembly
adjourned yesterday, the bill is dead.  If SCLA and SCASL wish to continue
their efforts to have an I Support Libraries license tag authorizes, they
will have to have it introduced in the next session of the General Assembly.
