More background on broadband stimulus funds.

ALA's Office for Information Technology Policy has released a document

egies-for-Round-II-final.pdf>  summarizing information learned from the
Rural Utilities Service (RUS) and National Telecommunications and
Information Administration (NTIA) public workshop held in Denver,
Colorado. 

The workshop was the third of 10 regional workshops developed to inform
interested parties about changes to the Round II Notices of Funding
Availability (NOFA) for the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act
(ARRA). 

The summary begins with information regarding the RUS programs followed
by a discussion of the NTIA programs. A summary of lessons learned and
suggestions for a successful application conclude the document.
