Tuesday, October 6 from 6:00-9:00 pm - Early Arrivals, Pre-registered
and Sneak Peak with Exhibitors.   

The Exhibits will be open from 6:00-9:00 pm on Tuesday.   Conference
attendees who have pre-registered will be able to pick-up the conference
packets.   
The 1st 100 registered conference attendees attending the Sneak Peak
with Exhibitors will have a chance to win 1 (one) Phillips 4gb MP3
player.

Program Description:  How can the American Library Association help you,
your library, students and teachers, and your local library/media
association? 
Come and share your thoughts on where ALA should focus its efforts in
the next five years.  ALA members and non-members are welcome.

Sources Revealed 

Program Description:  Learn how to identify and pursue technology
funding opportunities for your library.   
Barbara Catenaci, Regional Grants Manager, from TANDBERG and Chris
Davis, Federal Programs Manager 
at CSI Technology Outfitters, will provide an overview of the grants and
other funding sources, such as E-Rate, 
that are available for libraries.  Basic information about the funding,
as well as guidance on how to pursue those 
funding opportunities to equip your library with a variety of technology
and infrastructure solutions will be covered.
