2003 Conference Program

2003 Annual Conference in Charleston, Online Users Roundtable sponsored a program titled Web Accessibility and Assistive Technology: Putting the Internet Within the Reach of Patrons with Disabilities. Cheryl Kirpatrick, South Carolina State Library Web Administrator and Kecia Greer, Talking Books Librarian, were speakers. Mr. David Bundy from the South Carolina Commission for the Blinds was also at the presentation to demonstrate an assistive software called JAWS. The presentation was informal due to a small number of participants.
