Special Library Section
It is the purpose of the Special Library Section of the South Carolina Library Association to serve the specific interests of the people and agencies comprising its membership.
Special libraries serve the varied interests of the people of South Carolina in specific situations. The areas within the Special Library Section include: adult and juvenile corrections facilities; specialized technical and industrial libraries; business libraries; military libraries; medical and mental institutional libraries.
