2002 Mission
“The purpose of the Resource Sharing Interest Group is to present programs and workshops on Interlibrary Loan, Document Delivery, and other resource sharing activities. It is also meant to be used as a forum for communication between people involved in these areas.”
2002 Conference Program Report
The Resource Sharing Interest Group sponsored one program at the conference, “Peer-to-Peer ILL with ILLiad.” The presenters were John Brunswick of Atlas Systems, Inc., Marna Hostetler from the University of South Carolina Columbia Campus, and Edwin Merwin from the University of South Carolina Allendale Campus. There were about 10 attendees, most of whom expressed great interest in what the University of South Carolina is doing with peer-to-peer interlibrary loan.
