Business Meeting Minutes
OCT. 27, 2005
The meeting started at 2:15 pm. Members present were Jackie McFadden, Jan Comfort, Libby Young, Yvette Pierce and Debbie Yerkes.
Jackie conducted the meeting. Debbie took minutes. A card for Paul Lewis was signed and Debbie took it for mailing. Yvette announced that she was retiring in 2006, probably in June.
There was general discussion about ideas for a workshop and for next year’s program. The topics of cataloging documents, disaster preparedness and insurance and value of documents collections were mentioned.
The idea of having a meeting early in 2006 was discussed, but no decision was made.
Jackie, as vice-chair, will be chair next year. Jan Comfort volunteered to be vice-chair and Debbie Yerkes volunteered to be secretary.
The meeting adjourned at 3:00.
