The SCLA Archives and Special Collections Round Table did not have a program this year. Round Table officers submitted their program proposal after the deadline, and it was rejected. They explored several alternatives, including collaborations with the SCLA Digitization of Cultural Heritage Materials Round Table and the South Carolina Archival Association, but nothing ultimately panned out. No expenses were incurred.
The Round Table will conduct an election via email for a new Secretary and Vice-Chair/Chair-Elect in the next few upcoming weeks.
Plans for 2008 include a possible collaboration with the Digitization of Cultural Heritage Materials Round Table.
